NSS Volunteers in house to house campaign
Massive Shramadaan by NSS Volunteers of KRGPM VHS School, Kalliassery, Kannur on October 2nd 2008- Gandhi Jayanthi Day
On October 2nd the NSS volunteers were present at the school at 9 am.After an introduction by the Programme officer on the importance of Gandhijayanthi and sevana varam and the instructions from the NSS cell, the volunteers started cleaning the campus.They removed plastic and other wastes from the campus and also watered the plants in the campus.After tea break the volunteers continued the activities upto 1 pm.After lunch an orientation class was conducted by the Programme officer and by 5.30pm volunteers were dispersed.
